• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and optimization
• Define and manage product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or related roles
• Strong experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital products
• Proven ability to deliver products from concept to scale
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, SQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Experience in marketplace, fintech, logistics, or omnichannel e-commerce
• Experience in regional or global e-commerce environments
