A. Daily Dispatch & Fleet Operations (~4 hrs/day)

• Manage daily 'Safe-to-Dispatch' truck and driver assignments for both morning and evening shifts, verifying readiness and compliance.
• Monitor real-time truck movements, route progress, fuel deliveries, and driver performance via GPS/OBC and communication channels (Telegram).
• Coordinate daily fuel refill slip collections, verify trip documents, and conduct pre-trip daily truck inspections.
• Verify truck and driver daily schedules; respond promptly to urgent operational queries and night-time trip concerns.

B. Fleet Maintenance & Workshop Coordination

• Act as primary liaison with the workshop (G2) for daily maintenance, repair follow-ups, and immediate breakdown response.
• Maintain the monthly vehicle-maintenance dashboard, tracking vehicle service history and recurring mechanical issues.
• Coordinate truck vetting, calibration verification, and tanker physical condition checks prior to customer loading.

C. Driver Compliance & Safety Coordination

• Conduct weekly spot checks covering loading, driving, unloading, and parking safety protocols.
• Lead driver weekly toolbox meetings and communicate operational updates, routes, and risk advisories.
• Enforce basic driver compliance checks in alignment with HSE requirements during daily dispatch.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of operational experience in transport, fleet management, or logistics (experience in Oil & Gas / Dangerous Goods transport is highly preferred).
• Strong familiarization with GPS/OBC tracking systems and fleet maintenance processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and real-time coordination skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Khmer and English.
• Ability to work under operational pressure and handle after-hours dispatch emergency calls when necessary.
