1.Study both Bureau Veritas & Client’ inspection requirements to ensure full understanding before job execution. 2.Execute the job(s) assigned by Manager. 3.Perform inspections, sample collection, container loading and other services in accordance with SOP, protocols, and client’s SOP. 4.Examine selected samples objectively and accomplish inspection reports according to inspected results ensuring accuracy and objectivity. 5.Prepare final typed reports. 6.Support and deliver technical advice to HL inspectors and involved parties, including special requirements and updated procedure. In addition, to enhance the team development thru coaching and periodic training. 7.Participate any sort of training courses conducted by company or clients as required. 8.Perform on-site assessment for the team. 9.Strictly follow BVCPS Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and related requirements as provided. 10.Perform other suitable duties as assigned by Manager
Receive, check the booking information . Closely associate with the relevant departments to resolve and implement customer requirements efficiently and most timely questions including technical, cost , quality tests , the assessor style ... Exposure , meet and discuss with customers , factories when directed by upper management Participate in training programs and training to improve in terms of knowledge and expertise . Analyze operating expenses vs budget and prior year; Initiate cost saving and solutions; Leading projects for saving; Evaluate investments projects; Budget and forecast preparation; Control finance and accounting activities of BV Cambodia; Analyzing revenue vs budget, prior year, by sales person, client, vendor, territory,… Handling monthly closing, quarterly closing. Monitoring and coaching VNM & Cambodia finance team in finance & accounting knowledge. Handling taxes, legal, compliance. Working with HR to ensure personnel charges, PIT are properly calculated. Monitoring purchase and inventory control of lab consumables for cost saving. Monitoring sample warehouse. Assist Finance Manager any others job.
