 To complete BV understanding of the local market: size, clients, competitors, organization, access channels
 To propose 3 years business plan & a pragmatic yearly actions plan
 To set up prospect database
 To set up sales process for a mass market approach
 To decide on local range of service & launch customization of generic services
 Decide on & launch local customized commercial tools
 To meet large clients and manage the relationship with them
 To launch marketing operations to the mass market
 To organize seminars, conferences, participation to important exhibitions
 To set up agreements with local partners
 Define the pricing policy
 To set up the organization, in particular the back office & the relationship with production people
 Co-ordinate actions to clients with BV Network
 Disseminate sales competences to local BV people in order to speed up the development
 To set up all necessary procedures for a good & safe running of the business
 To be responsible of the achievement of the Cambodia target fixed by the CE
