  • Prepare and analyze productivity dashboard, highlight problems and recommend solutions; working with operation for productivity improvement.
  • Analyze operating expenses vs budget and prior year;
  • Initiate cost saving and solutions;
  • Leading projects for saving;
  • Evaluate investments projects;
  • Budget and forecast preparation;
  • Control finance and accounting activities of BV Cambodia;
  • Analyzing revenue vs budget, prior year, by sales person, client, vendor, territory,…
  • Handling monthly closing, quarterly closing.
  • Monitoring and coaching VNM & Cambodia finance team in finance & accounting knowledge.
  • Handling taxes, legal, compliance.
  • Working with HR to ensure personnel charges, PIT are properly calculated.
  • Monitoring purchase and inventory control of lab consumables for cost saving.
  • Monitoring sample warehouse.
  • Assist Finance Manager any others job.

Job Requirements

  • Have knowledge of accounting operations
  • Knowledge of the legal provisions of the tax laws
  • Communication skills
  • Collect, analyze and report data
  • Proficient Office Word, Excel, related software.
  • Proficient use of machinery, office equipment such as telephone, fax, photo
  • Ability to persuade, flexible and quick to work, adapt new environment well.
  • External audit experience is preferable.
