A sales admin's main responsibility is to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. To efficiently perform in this post, sales admin must have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales admin understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. Receiving and processing purchase orders. Issuing sales transaction invoices. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Compiling monthly sales reports. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. Record and update customer’s profile and contact information. Controlling GPS tracking Tuk Tuk motorcycle-Sales. Inform to customer about goods delivered and follow up. Collect information from sale for competitor’s products, price. Report all transaction to General Manager and line supervisor. Follow up sales activities to achieve sale target and report to management team. Control all social media of the company such as Facebook page, boost post and Facebook ads. Other tasks might be assigned by General Manager or line supervisor.
Graphic Design: • Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media posts,advertisements, and presentations. • Create brand-consistent visuals for both digital and print platforms. • Develop creative layouts and graphics for social media/website content,newsletters, and email campaigns. • Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines. • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work. • Conduct research and keep up to date with the commercial environment. • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager. Video Editing: • Edit promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content. • Add effects, transitions, captions, animations, and sound to enhance video quality. • Take photograph and produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan storyboards and video concepts. • Manage and organize raw video files and maintain an archive of creativeassets. • Provide technical support to the team on performing everyday tasks and during event.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Establish a database on target markets and study competitors ’plans, market shares and product prices for competitors. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Developing plans for promotion, advertising, and advertisements and sales offers in coordination with the senior management, in order to raise the market share. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. Maintaining client relations. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Creating and presenting sales performance reports. Coordination with management team in studying customer complaints and responding to them. Full supervision of following up after sales service, permanent communication with customers, studying complaints and responding to them. Submit periodic reports detailing the achievements, marketing problems and failures of senior management.
