The role of Sales and Marketing Officer is crucial in driving the success of the Sales/Marketing sector within our company. Sales and Marketing Officer research and develop marketing and sales strategies for a company. Their job is to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Sales and Marketing Officer are also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Establish a database on target markets and study competitors ’plans, market shares and product prices for competitors.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Developing plans for promotion, advertising, and advertisements and sales offers in coordination with the senior management, in order to raise the market share.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Coordination with management team in studying customer complaints and responding to them.
• Full supervision of following up after sales service, permanent communication with customers, studying complaints and responding to them.
• Submit periodic reports detailing the achievements, marketing problems and failures of senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Good experience in food Cambodian market
• Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs.
