An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Responsible for branch work under the Branch Manager to ensure smooth branch services
Review and approve transactions at branch counters on behalf of the branch manager to ensure all transactions are in accordance with bank policies.
Manage front desk staff such as team leaders, cashiers, customer service officers and other administrative staff, comply with bank policies and monitor the orderliness and cleanliness of the branch.
Increase communication, promote promotion, sell services and products available in the branch to customers
Manage cash at branch level and cash at the bank effectively
Prepare and execute branch-level cash flow plans in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
Regularly check and count cash in the branch to ensure that the cash in the branch is correct.
Manage all incoming/outgoing money transfers and branch-to-branch money transfers with the bank
Review and approve AML for opening customer savings accounts according to bank policies
Review credit documents before disbursing loans to customers and customer savings documents to ensure that all documents are correct and sufficient according to the bank's specified policies.
Responsible for communicating and reporting to relevant departments at headquarters.
Other tasks assigned by the president.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Management and Accounting is preferable
At least 3 years of experience in a deposit-taking microfinance institution or bank
Have knowledge of accounting principles and have an understanding of core banking systems.
Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in English, listening, speaking and writing.
Must have analytical and team leadership skills
Must have communication and negotiation skills.
A flexible and energetic person.
Highly willing to work under pressure
