Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise and support call center agents in daily operations
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing calls to ensure service quality
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members
  • Ensure team achieves KPI targets and service standards
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift arrangements
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding customer issues
  • Maintain professional customer service standards
  • Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Female only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in call center or customer service
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Good command of English and Khmer
  • Flexible to work shifts if required
