● Support end-to-end FTTH project implementation, from planning to handover and closeout.● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to meet schedule and quality targets.● Review site readiness, installation progress, and technical compliance during field execution.● Monitor project milestones, track issues, and escalate risks that may affect delivery.● Ensure work follows engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.● Prepare progress updates, technical reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.● Experience in telecom project implementation, preferably with fiber or FTTH networks.● Good understanding of fiber rollout, site coordination, and field deployment processes.● Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.● Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow deadlines, and work effectively in teams.● Proficient in MS Office and documentation/reporting tools.● Willingness to work in Phnom Penh and support field visits when required.
