Job Summary
Administration Manager to oversee office operations, ensure smooth administrative support, and maintain efficient workflows for a leading telecommunications company in Phnom Penh. This role suits an organized professional who can coordinate people, processes, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily administrative operations and ensure office procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
● Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities, and maintenance to support business continuity.
● Support document control, filing systems, records management, and internal communication.
● Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative reporting for management review.
● Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events when required.
● Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative matters promptly.

Job Requirements

● Fluent Chinese and English.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
● Proven experience in administrative operations or office management in a professional setting.
● Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
● Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office productivity tools.
● Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
● Experience in telecommunications or a corporate environment is an advantage.
