Job Summary
A proactive Manager Assistant to support daily administration, operations, and coordination for our Phnom Penh team. This role also handles Chinese, Khmer, and English translation/interpretation, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of manager instructions.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist the department manager with daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
● Translate internal documents between Chinese, Khmer, and English accurately and promptly.
● Provide interpretation support during business meetings, client visits, and receptions.
● Prepare meeting notes, organize reports, and enter data using basic office software.
● Manage the manager’s schedule, follow up on tasks, and ensure action items are completed.
● Communicate instructions clearly and support cross-functional coordination across projects.
● Accept occasional business travel as required to support operational needs.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in translation, business, administration, or related fields.
● Strong command of Chinese, Khmer, and English; translation and interpretation ability is required.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software for data entry, reports, and documentation.
● Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and able to support occasional business travel.
● Prior experience in an assistant, administration, or translation role is preferred.
