Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets by effectively managing and developing the sales team within the assigned area.
Develop and execute area sales strategies and action plans to expand customer base and strengthen market presence.
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives to consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
Prepare and implement area sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively participating in sales planning and execution.
Work closely with the Marketing team to implement promotional activities and area-based sales campaigns.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management and high service standards across the assigned area.
Provide market feedback, customer insights, and sales performance updates to Management through regular reports and presentations.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and problem resolution.
Contribute to overall business success through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role (F&B, FMCG, or distribution industry preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Creative in sales strategies, marketing concepts, and business development approaches.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet).
Willing and able to work in the field, including weekends and after office hours when required.
Highly organized with strong time management skills to ensure KPI achievement and timely deliverables.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams at all levels.
