Job Description

  • Assistant to the Department Manager Efficiently assist in handling daily management, administrative, and operational tasks in accordance with the department manager's instructions and arrangements.
  • Handle document translation (Chinese, Khmer, and English) within the department and provide interpretation services during business meetings or reception events.
  • Use standard office software for data entry, report compilation, and the drafting of meeting minutes.
  • Assist in managing the manager's daily schedule and be willing to undertake occasional business travel as required.
  • Serve as a key liaison within the department, accurately conveying the manager's instructions and following up on the implementation of project goals.

Job Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese, Khmer, and English; possess excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as proficiency in face-to-face interpretation.
  • Professional Skills: Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: Presentable appearance and professional demeanor; poised and articulate with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Stress Resilience: Strong ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
