  • Provide excellent customer serivce & support

  • Follow th communication scripts & accurate information about the company products & services

  • Identify the customer needs, issues, problems & suggest the possible solutions

  • Handling a high volume of calls in timely manner

  • Currently studying at the University

  • Business level English. Fluency in Khmer.

  • Basic knowledge of social media.

  • Logical communication and, problem solving mindset.

  • Have some experience in call and management.
