We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the strategic and day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage (F&B) department. This role is pivotal in driving service excellence, revenue growth, and innovative F&B promotions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in F&B operations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute creative campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
  • Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously refine offerings and service delivery.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an international hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through innovative promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
