  • Manage daily operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

  • Proven experience in restaurant or pub management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial management and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🕚Working Condition: (2pm -1am)
- Negotiate with working Hour
- Day off 4days for Officer Jobs and 2 Day for Field Jobs
- Holiday: Khmer New Year, and Pjum Ben Only
