  • To manage a Bread Talk store in compliance with Bread Talk operating standards to consistently achieve a high standard of Q.S.C.
  • To maximize store profitability through
  • Sales Building / Marketing
  • Control of cost of sales
  • Control of cost of labor
  • Control of other operating cost
  • Profit & Loss Budget Management
  • To effectively manage and develop subordinates
  • To perform general store management and administration duties of the store.
  • To ensure compliance with BreadTalk Operating Standards in Food Preparation / Quality,
  • Customer Service / Relations, Image / Cleanliness,
  • Quality Assurance Maximizing Store Profitability
  • Effective People Management & People Development,
  • General Store Management & Administration

Job Requirements

  • Internally promoted staff (At least 6 months working experience as a CSE in BreadTalk )  Minimum Diploma in business Administration for new entrants.
  • At least 3 year experience in F &B or related fields
  • Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, analysis, good personality and communication Have excellent managerial, supervisory and inter-personal skills, highly-developed communication skills
  • Knowledge of English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation leadership roles in the F&B, retail or service industry
  • Demonstrates knowledge of product, service and quality standards, as well as equipment and operations standards
  • Bilingual in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinker
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to developing and coaching people
  • Organized with people management skills
  • Positive working attitude
  • Readiness in continuous learning
  • Honesty and integrity
