  • Restaurant Manager is the overall in-charge for all the service staff in the restaurant and
  • responsibility for restaurant’s profitability, smooth running of daily operation and staff
  • management.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and run the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that sales targets and service
  • standards are met
  • Establish a good rapport with guests and handle guests’ request professionally and promptly
  • Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales target and guest satisfaction
  • Plan staff rosters and provide training and coaching to staff on customer service and product
  • knowledge
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Implementing and maintaining restaurant policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or another related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Extensive food and beverages ( F&B) knowledge
  • Demonstrated good customer service skills
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • English communication both speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) will be a plus
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Word, Excel, presentation).
