Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in property valuation or related field
Understanding of property valuation methods and real estate market
Knowledge of valuation standards and reporting practices
Strong English writing and speaking skills (critical)
Good analytical and research skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
