  • Inspect property: Land, Houses, buildings, and other properties
  • Measure land size, building structure, and property condition
  • Analyze real estate market trends and comparable market sales
  • Determine fair market value of the property
  • Prepare detail property valuation of the property
  • Review legal documents such as land titles and ownership records
  • Maintain accurate record of property assessments
  • Work with banks, real estate agents, and property owners
  • Ensure valuation comply with local regulations and professional standards
  • Other task assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Civil Engineering, Land Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in property valuation, banking, and real estate
  • Real estate market analysis and property laws
  • Time management
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Communication skills and Negotiation skill
  • Report writing and documentation skills
