Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Participate in the inspection of buildings, equipment, and related systems to identify any issues.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Aid in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Help in the planning and scheduling of repairs.
• Aid in conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical work, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
• Help maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
• Aid in the management of 3rd party contractors that undertake works on the Site.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Project and Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Must be well- organized and can prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills with a basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
