Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Deputy GCEO and the Procurement Department, ensuring alignment on KPIs and long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Data Synthesis & Reporting: Prepare high-level briefings, market trend analyses, and procurement spend reports for board meetings.
  • Project Management: Oversee special initiatives, such as implementing new ERP systems, sustainability audits, or large-scale contract renegotiations.
  • Crisis Management: Serve as the first line of defense in supply chain disruptions, gathering intelligence and proposing immediate solutions to the Deputy GCEO.
  • Workflow Optimization: Review and refine procurement policies to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency across the group.
  • Executive Support: Manage the Deputy GCEO’s calendar, travel for site visits/audits, and prioritize urgent vendor escalations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience: 3+ years in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP software , Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Competencies: High attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
