Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • B2B Sales & Client Management
  • Develop and manage relationships with white-label B2B clients from different market such as Thailand, Cambodia etc.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, hospitality sessions, and entertainment functions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, data, and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs, sales targets, and project-based performance goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on project updates, product information, and customer needs.
  • Support local market operations including planning, execution, and monitoring of new projects.
  • Assist customers and B2C users when needed (customer engagement experience in igaming preferred).
  • Manage marketing calendars, promotional activities, and campaign scheduling.
  • Assist in project rollout, on-ground coordination, and partner support.
  • Prepare performance reports, sales updates, and market feedback.
  • Standby availability for urgent operational matters.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation and overseas.

Job Requirements

  • Male candidates preferred due to project nature and travel requirements.
  • Age above 28
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Online casino / iGaming and B2B sales
  • Market operations or customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with social engagements and handling clients.
  • Ability to manage long working hours when required (OT payable).
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin (preferred), English and local language.
  • Must be comfortable with event hosting, client entertainment, and field operations.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be on standby.
