  1. Represent the brand professionally and maintain premium grooming and appearance standards
  2. Ensure displays, testers, promotional materials, and product presentation comply with brand guidelines
  3. Monitor stock availability, replenish shelves, and support inventory counts and stock accuracy
  4. Gather customer feedback, preferences, and market trends to help improve product offerings and sales strategies
  5. Work closely with store management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment
  6. Maintain strong knowledge of fragrances, skincare, makeup, and beauty products to confidently advise customer

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury retail, travel retail
  2. trong passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products, with a desire to continuously learn about industry trends and products
  3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Basic proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin,) will be an advantage
