Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare and issue patient bills based on medical records, treatment, and services provided.
  • Verify and approve accuracy of charges, discounts, and insurance coverage before invoicing.
  • Ensure invoices are delivered promptly to patients or responsible parties.
  • Prepare and process bill pass to cashier for payment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance (healthcare/hospital experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Cambodian tax and invoicing regulations.
  • Familiarity with hospital billing systems and medical coding (an advantage).
  • Computer literacy: MS Excel, Word, and accounting/billing software.

Working conditions:

  • Working days: 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week (rotation).
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Based on your performance
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
