Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Assessment Officer to evaluate credit risk, analyze financial data, and support sound lending decisions for our corporate sales operations in Phnom Penh. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional.

Key Responsibilities
● Review customer applications, financial statements, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness.
● Analyze credit risk, repayment capacity, and exposure to recommend approval, conditions, or rejection.
● Prepare clear credit assessment reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
● Monitor existing accounts, identify early warning signs, and follow up on overdue or high-risk cases.
● Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions.
● Maintain proper credit records and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, risk assessment, or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit evaluation methods.
● Good analytical, decision-making, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
● Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
● Experience in corporate sales or agriculture-related financing is an advantage.
