  • 1. Store Operations

  • Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Open and close the store following company procedures
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • 2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
  • Assist customers with product knowledge (electronics, appliances, home supplies)
  • Promote products, discounts, and upselling opportunities
  • 3. Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures
  • 4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage stock receiving, checking, and storage
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
  • Prevent loss, damage, and theft of products
  • Ensure proper labeling and pricing of items

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail (electronics or home appliances preferred)
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of electronics/home appliances
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
    Working Conditions
  • Retail working hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Standing for long periods
  • Handling electronic items and stock movement
