Key Responsibilities
● Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and market share targets.
● Lead sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver aligned business outcomes.

● Oversee pricing, revenue planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize results.
● Identify new business opportunities, service offerings, and market segments for expansion.
● Strengthen customer experience, retention, and lifecycle value through effective initiatives.
● Collaborate with executive leadership on budgets, KPIs, and long-term business planning.
● Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to support informed commercial decisions.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● 10+ years of progressive commercial, sales, or business leadership experience.
● Proven success in telecom, technology, or another fast-paced growth industry.
● Strong record of driving revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion.
● Experience leading senior teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
● Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
● Ability to analyze market data, pricing, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
● Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and deliver results.
● Based in or willing to work in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
