  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue based on demand, seasonality, and market trends

  • Use market analysis and cost evaluations to set competitive and profitable prices

  • Predict future sales and revenue based on market trends and historical data

  • Monitor production costs, raw materials, and overheads to maximize profitability

  • Analyze gross profit margins, contribution margins, and break-even points

  • Plan campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales (e.g., discounts, bundle offers)

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. CMA, CPA, or similar certifications for financial management expertise are preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or related industries
  • Proven track record in roles such as Commercial Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Business Partner
  • Proficiency in financial software systems and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer is often preferred to communicate effectively
