Job Description

  • Prepare business proposals, investment briefs, project reports, and presentations. 
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies. 
  • Support or lead business negotiations, partnerships, and deal structuring. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business plans. 
  • Track business development KPIs and regularly report progress to the Chairman. 
  • Attend meetings, industry events, and conferences to represent the Chairman and generate new business leads. 
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 
  • Attend high-level meetings with or on behalf of the Chairman; take minutes and follow up on action points. 
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion. 
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman. 
  • Prepare briefing notes, meeting agendas, talking points, and summary reports. 
  • Ensure timely execution of key decisions by following up with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Chairman and senior executives, clients, and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably with experience supporting C-level executives. 

  • Proven track record of closing deals, forming strategic alliances, or launching new business ventures. 

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
