This role is to fulfilling the requirement of the Partnership Distribution Department to support the new direct sales team.
• Working directly with Head of Partnership to provide partners reports related to sale performance and meeting decks for management meeting.
• Communicated with the partner the achievement and follow up with relevant stakeholders to drive the business performance up.
• Working with D.A to provide Business Performance Reports such as daily sale performance tracking, weekly sale momentum report to sales management team, monthly sale matric for monthly Exco meeting, business quality dashboard to relevant internal team and other report required by management.
• Working with IT and DA to formulate report automations such as power Bi, Ms flow, MS form for leads report management, others powerful reporting automation as well as other sale management dashboard.
• Ensure to provide effective sale campaigns that most attractive to the stakeholders and being the high-performance result in sales.
• Support to verify calculation of monthly commission shared by the DA and support verification with Partners and ensure the payment is within SLA.
• Working with Head of Partnership Distribution to sign up and onboard new form of sales channel within the department.
• Focus on relationship building with the Partners and Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
1.Ensure the effective and powerful comms with relevant partnership is achieved.
2.Ensure targeted new partners/ sales channel is successfully onboarded within provided timeframe.

3.Ensure to perform business analysis and provide right sales incentive to relevant stakeholders toup lift the sales performance.
4.Ensure proper administration and tracking of all documents within Partnership Distribution.
