Job Description

  1. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve departmental and company-wide sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for corporate and SME logistics clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and expand the customer base.
  4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  5. Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and consultations to provide tailored logistics and fleet solutions.
  6. Oversee preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  7. Negotiate complex sales deals and contracts with clients.
  8. Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  10. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, fleet, or delivery services, with at least 3 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  6. In-depth understanding of logistics operations, delivery services, and fleet management. Proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Strong English language skills; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
