Filming:

• Plan, set up, and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for various shoots.

• Film high-quality video content, including vehicle showcases, promotional events, customer testimonials, interviews, and social media clips.

• Ensure all footage is well-composed, correctly exposed, and has clear, high-quality audio.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos that align with KIA's brand guidelines.

• Add motion graphics, visual effects, titles, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.

• Perform color grading and audio mixing to ensure a professional final product.

• Format and export videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, TVCs).

Collaboration & Management:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

• Manage and organize all raw footage and completed video projects.

• Maintain all camera and editing equipment in good working order.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques

Proven work experience as a Cameraman and Video Editor (2+ years preferred).

A strong portfolio showcasing your filming and editing skills is required.

Proficiency with professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, etc.) and lighting/audio equipment.

Expert-level knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is a major plus.

Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience with drone operation is a plus.
