Strategic and results-driven Trade Planning & Promotion Supervisor to orchestrate our promotional calendar and marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving store traffic, sales growth, and enhancing customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be the central link between Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution of promotions from conception to performance analysis. You will be responsible for developing compelling promotion strategies, managing the campaign lifecycle, and leveraging data to optimize future activities to achieve business objectives

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the master promotional calendar for the grocery retail business, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, financial goals, and marketing initiatives
  • Plan and launch all campaigns within the given lead time, coordinating all aspects to ensure a smooth on-shelf and online execution
  • Set up clear promotion criteria (e.g., discounting structures, bundle deals, multi-buy offers) to maximize sales impact and profitability
  • Collaborate with Store Operations teams to ensure flawless in-store execution, including stock availability, signage, and staff training.
  • Work in partnership with Brand & Marketing Communications to develop compelling creative assets and ensure consistent messaging across all channels (in-store, digital, print).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in detail post-launch, tracking key metrics such as sales uplift, traffic, basket size, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine promotion strategies and improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive member buy-in and frequency through exclusive offers, personalized promotions, and member-only events.
  • Analyze member purchasing behavior to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Support the HOD on any ad-hoc marketing projects, including competitor analysis, market trend research, and new initiative testing.
  • Offline Events to initiate with commercials for brand and communication awareness and arrangement with both in/external  

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Internal and External Interactions:

Internal:

  • Work with Marketing, Business I.T., Commercial, Legal.
  • Work with Store Operations such as O2O Operation, Key Account, Customer Development and commercial.
  • Thailand team O2O, and I.T. Support.

External:

  • Online Customers.
  • delivery suppliers & Outsourcing (As Needed)

 Functional Responsibilities:

Website & Application (Frontend)

  • Monitor Website & Application as Customer shopping journey on the platform (All Components)
  • Coordination and work closely with Business I.T. team to feedback platform issue and suggest for improvement. Require follow up in timely manner for update status

Website & Application (Backend)

  • Utilize the key features by managing wireframe related to customer journey, promotions, product visibility
  • Product content & visual uploading and managing the guideline
  • Sharing knowledge within the team for the benefits of features to boost the sales & traffic

Data & Reporting

  • Provide Update in weekly meeting with details data accuracy & Request for support from the management as needed
  • Implement performance data format to review sales & traffic to implement strategic planning
  • Report errors to related internal team in timely manner to avoid any inconvenience for customer shopping experience

Customers Voices

  • Monitor Call, Request, Complaints of Customer from various channels such as Phone Call, Facebook, Messenger, Viber.
  • Coordinate with Operation team, CD Team and Digital Marketing to take appropriate action
