Overview

The Omni-Channel E-commerce Coordinator is the operational backbone of our online grocery platform. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, content management, and system coordination that powers our e-commerce business. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, store operations, and IT to ensure product information is accurate, promotions are live, and the customer journey is optimal.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Administer the core e-commerce platform, including user access, role permissions, and basic system configurations
  • Build and schedule online-specific promotions (e.g., BOGO, percentage-off, digital coupons) within the platform
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly ad campaigns and featured category pages on the website and app
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with promo codes, pricing, or campaign display.
  • Update and manage all site content, including banners, homepage layouts, and legal pages
  • Monitor the online customer journey to identify and report on pain points, bugs, or areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks on the live site to ensure a consistent and error-free user experience
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve platform performance
  • Any assign E-commerce marketing related tasks

Internal and External Interactions:

Internal:

  • Work with Marketing – Trade and Communication, Business I.T., Commercial
  • Work with Store Operations such as Store Section,O2O Operation, Key Account, B2B sales , Customer service
  • Thailand I.T. Support. 

External:

  • E Commerce Customers (Insights)

 

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Assortment/Category structure & System Administration

 

Others:

  • Any other assignments to support the business as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or design.

  • Basic knowledge of omni-channel marketing and wireframing tools (Figma, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

  • Good coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Good English and positive, can-do attitude.
