  •  Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  •  Greet guests warmly and provide clear, friendly service at the cashier counter.
  •  Issue receipts, process refunds, and maintain correct records of daily transactions.
  •  Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
  •  Support smooth front-line operations and follow company policies and procedures.
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashier workspace at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail for accurate payment handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and stay organized.
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling cash and confidential information.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  •  Basic computer or POS system knowledge is an advantage.
