An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Greeting customers when receiving payment and informing customers about payment
  • Receives and issues a receipt for cash, checks and credit card payments, following the procedure set out for accepting payment (e.g., checks verified, etc.)
  • Keeping records daily cash collection
  • Holding and payment for petty cash
  • Holding cashier machine and POS
  • Timely key in Sales invoice
  • Issue Official Receipts
  • Respond all the questions from customer related to charging
  • Make sure all charging through credit or debit card are signed by the customers in the receipts
  • Carry out tasks smoothly and in compliance with company procedures and policy
  • General tasks assigned by direct line superior

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related fields
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience with related work
  • Good command of spoken and written in English or Chinese is plus
  • Proficient in Ms. Office and Internet Email
  • Honest, reliable, loyalty and positive manner/attitude
  • Experienced of working as cashier is plus
