Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor live CCTV footage across all store areas, including sales floors, entrances, exits and other
  • Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards in real time.
  • Immediately inform store management or security personnel of any security incidents.
  • Review and retrieve recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.
  • Maintain detailed logs of incidents, observations, and system checks.
  • Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and report technical faults promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Support loss prevention initiatives and coordinate with floor security and store staff.
  • Follow company security policies and emergency procedures.
  • Assist management or law enforcement when authorized, by providing footage or statements.

  • Strong observation and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and alert for extended periods
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Basic computer and CCTV system operation knowledge
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
