An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Customer Service & Dining Support - Welcome customers politely, provide basic assistance during meal service, and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
Help customers with seating, trays, water, cutlery and other simple service needs.
Table Setup & Service Readiness - Prepare dining tables, chairs, trays and service areas before opening or meal periods.
Ensure tissues, cutlery, condiments and other service supplies are available and properly arranged.
Cleaning & Hygiene - Clear used trays, plates, cups and waste promptly from tables and dining areas.
Wipe and sanitize customer-contact surfaces and sweep or mop service areas as required.
Waste & Sanitation Control - Empty waste bins regularly and keep waste collection points clean and organized. Page 1 Follow company hygiene, cleaning-chemical and waste-disposal procedures.
Maintain cleaning tools and materials in a safe, orderly condition.
Restocking & Operational Support - Refill water stations, tissues, cutlery, condiments and other front-of-house supplies as required.
Support Cashiers, Baristas and other service staff during peak periods when requested.
Teamwork, Safety & Reporting - Report spills, damaged furniture, equipment problems, supply shortages or customer concerns promptly to the supervisor.
Follow food-safety, personal-hygiene and workplace-safety requirements.
Complete other reasonable cleaning or service-support duties assigned by the Operations Manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education Experience Practical Skills Language Personal Traits
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary : Staff Meal NSSF
- Annual Leave Public Holidays : Application Instructions
- No formal degree required; basic general education is preferred.
- Restaurant service, cleaning, canteen, hotel or catering experience is an advantage; entry-level candidates may be considered.
- Basic customer-service skills and ability to stand, walk, clear tables, handle trays and perform routine cleaning tasks.
- Basic Khmer required; basic English is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Friendly, hardworking, honest, punctual, clean, responsible and a good team player.
