Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the firm's tax and accounting professionals.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement setup.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients regarding outstanding information.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in firm systems.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with client communications.
  • Support the preparation, review, and delivery of tax returns, financial reports, and other client documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, administration, accounting, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
