The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the Busing Project operations in Vietnam fully comply with local laws, transportation regulations, internal company policies, and industry best practices. This role plays a critical part in maintaining legal integrity, operational transparency, and risk control across the project.

•Ensure company adherence to Vietnamese transportation laws, labor regulations, and business licensing requirements.
•Represent the company in Vietnam when dealing with government agencies, including territorial authorities, immigration personnel, traffic police, and others.
•Check, file, and ensure timely payment of all applicable taxes in Vietnam.
•Coordinate and resolve issues related to road accidents, border crossings, and customs authorities.
•Support business development by helping identify and secure passengers, guests, and luggage delivery customers for the busing express service.
•Liaise with interpreters, tour guides, or support personnel to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
•Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for scheduling, driver operations, fleet safety, and documentation.

•Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to reduce liability and ensure full compliance.
•Work closely with operational, HR, and legal teams to implement and maintain compliance policies.
•Train staff on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and company regulations.
•Maintain and regularly update company compliance documentation.
•Coordinate with authorities for inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.
•Investigate compliance breaches or unethical conduct, following up with proper disciplinary or corrective measures.

•Monitor and ensure timely renewal of operational licenses, transport certifications, and required permits

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or regulatory affairs—preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
•In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to transportation and labor.
•High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
•Strong analytical and documentation skills.
•Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Working Conditions:

•Based in Vietnam with regular field visits to bus depots and operational sites.
•May require occasional travel within the country or region.
