Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in creating visual assets such as social media graphics, banners, simple infographic, and internal posters

  • Support the development of marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, event materials) under the guidance of senior designers

  • Support with basic photo and video editing tasks for internal use and external campaigns

  • Conduct photo research and image sourcing aligned with brand guidelines

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign visuals and creative concepts

  • Assist with on-site creative support during events (e.g. taking photos, helping with setup)

  • Ensure files are organized and properly archived for team use.

  • Perform other tasks as assignment by Management

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and team collaboration

  • Good time management and project management skills

  • Attention to details and willingness to learn

  • Prior experience in design or creative projects (academic or freelance) is a plus
