We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Customer Service Executive to support daily operations in a freight forwarding/logistics company. The role involves coordinating shipments, communication in Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients and partners and ensuring smooth service delivery.

  1. Communicate with customers, agents, and carriers (mainly in Chinese)
  2. Coordinate import/export shipments and follow up on delivery status
  3. Prepare and handle shipping documents
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  5. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Job Requirements

  1. Able to read, write, and speak Chinese fluently
  2. Good communication and coordination skills
  3. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  4. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  6. Experience in logistics/forwarding or customer service is a plus
