Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Handle day to day customer frontline services such as open, amend, and close accounts. Addressing customers queries such account status and balances.
  2. Understand bank products and services and respond appropriately to customer inquiries regarding those products and services.
  3. Participate in the promotion of products and services and to join the campaigns inside and outside branch to create an enlarged customer base
  4. Guide customers to use our channel such as Bank! Bank! App and ATM/CRM
  5. Improve customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their needs are attended to without delay
  6. Ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties
  7. Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for effective resolution
  8. Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, customer account application forms, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  9. Perform Relief RM, CAO Team and Teller functions when the need arises.
  10. Keep good communication and relationship with the customers and teams
  11. Other tasks are assigned by Supervisor or/and Deputy Branch Manager Operations or/and Branch Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1year experience in customer services (Deposit account opening) from Commercial Bank

  • Have 1year experience in acquiring new deposit customers in commercial banks or MFIs

  • Computer skills in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Good command in spoken and written English is required.
