An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Update new booking on system
  • Place booking to shipping line
  • Coordinate with booking team for any issues requested by clients 
  • Issue draft Bill of lading to customer  
  • Submit SI/VGM to shipping line 
  • Issue PL sheet & PR to FIN team
  • Send AMS/ISF/Manifest to filing team timely
  • Upload pre-alert and do finalize shipment plan in system
  • Initiate new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team
  • Comply with Company policy
  • Communicate with supplier/customer for export operation

Job Requirements

  • Able to use English for business communication, other language is a plus.
  • Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, and Typing)
  • Min 2-3 years experiences in logistics Im/Export sea Operation 
  • Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person
  • Have a good customer service mindset, Positive & open-mind attitude
  • Willing to learn and do extra job to gain more knowledge.
