  • Data Preparation & ETL:
    • Extract, transform, and load data from Oracle/Flexcube systems into SQL-based data warehouses.
    • Optimize ETL workflows for performance, integrity, and uptime.
    • Maintain and improve data pipelines, ensuring data quality and timely availability.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using Oracle BI Publisher and Power BI.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data visualizations.
    • Adhere to data governance and security standards in all reporting solutions.
    • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in a data and BI reporting role.
    • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
    • Experience with Oracle databases (including Oracle Flexcube) and SQL for data warehousing.
    • Familiarity with ETL tools and concepts.
    • Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher and Power BI for reports and dashboards.
    • Understanding of data modelling concepts, relational databases, and performance tuning.
