Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data in the system.
  • Monitor stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and deliveries.
  • Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, stock control, or data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
