1. Projection System Management
• Operate and maintain digital cinema projectors and servers.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment for optimal picture and sound quality.
• Schedule and manage content ingestion (movies, trailers, ads) into the projection system.
2. IT Infrastructure Support
• Oversee cinema’s IT systems, including POS systems, ticketing software, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Preventive Maintenance
• Conduct routine checks on projection equipment and IT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
5. Compliance & Security
• Ensure adherence to digital cinema security protocols (e.g., KDM management).

1. Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or in Management or a related field
2. Experience
• At least 2 years
3. Knowledge and Languages
• Know basic computer/internet/ /Basic math skills/ Accounting knowledge.
• Can speak and write in English (Good)
• Can speak and write in Khmer (G ood)
• Can speak Chinese (Preferrable)
4. Skills and Abilities
• Ability to efficiently run all cashier station.
• Ability to adapt to the shifting priorities and needs of a retail environment.
• Ability to work successfully as both a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision; and
• Ability to take initiative to plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in various situations and follow through with projects to conclusion.
• Good leading skill.
