Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Be an assistance of Spervisor and on behalf of Supervisor once he/ her on-leave.
Training, and guiding delivery teams.
Assisting Rider with any issues and ensuring successful deliveries.
Ensuring sufficient regional delivery capacity and responding to emergencies.
Developing and executing company payment structures.
Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
Develop Rider team and cash deposit, delivery team-leader.
Manages attendances for Rider in daily and make sure Rider enough working each shifts.
Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of riders and dispatchers.
Support Riders quality of service and performance management - delivery times, success rates with customer satisfaction.
Ensuring consistent delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
Addressing quality issues and implementing solutions to improve customer experience.
Handling emergencies and resolving issues promptly.
Dispatch/ assign orders to riders.
Highly communicative, manages Rider teams with a pleasant personality

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate students and High School students are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in Operation or CS an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to handle issue accurately and responsibly, friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Good Command in English and Chinese is Plus.
